Our Story
Odat n'Bogë is a guesthouse born from the union of six friends — heirs of well-known Shkodra families — raised with the culture and love for our city. The name means "the rooms in Bogë": an oda, the traditional Albanian guest chamber, offered as a matter of honour.
We don't simply offer accommodation. We offer the Oda — that space where the elite of Shkodra once found peace, good conversation, and true hospitality. Every stone, every beam, every recipe carries the memory of a tradition that deserves to live again.

A traditional Albanian guest room with stone walls, wooden beams, and a window that frames the valley. Simple, honest, and deeply comfortable.

Named after the traditional Albanian tower house — proud, elevated, with views to match. A larger stone room with private terrace overlooking the forest.

Two connected rooms for families, with a shared sitting area and panoramic views across the Albanian Alps. Space for four, built for a long stay.

What Awaits
Ancient shepherd paths begin at our gate. From 90-minute forest loops to full-day ridge traverses — we know every stone of every trail in the Bogë highlands.
Bogë is one of the few highland villages where daily life has changed little in generations. We arrange meetings with elders, craftspeople, and storytellers.
Summer wildflowers, autumn amber forests, winter silence and snowshoe trails, spring meltwater torrents — Bogë transforms completely with each season.
At 1,400 metres with zero light pollution, the Milky Way is not a concept — it is a ceiling. We provide blankets, silence, and the occasional rakia.
Our Kitchen
Everything we serve is traceable to within 20 kilometres. Our kitchen is built on the recipes of the village — slow-cooked lamb, wild herbs from the meadow, mountain cheese, fresh bread baked each morning.
